Patient Testing Support and Risk Management Plan

The value of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) lies in their patient-centered services, aiming to enhance every stage of the patient's treatment journey. PatientsForce is committed to addressing potential challenges and pain points patients may encounter during their treatment journey, facilitating seamless transitions in their care.

Within our medication support projects, many biological agents are involved. Depending on the medication's risk management plan or the assessment of patient medication safety needs, physicians arrange corresponding tests to ensure the safety and efficacy of patient medication. These tests may include assessments for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, or disease-related indices. However, since some testing items are not covered by national health insurance, most pharmaceutical companies collaborate with hospitals or laboratories, providing subsidies for specific testing items to alleviate patients' financial burdens and ensure the safety of their medication usage. This falls under the broad category of patient support programs, enabling patients to exercise their rights to access medication.

Given the need for precision medication, not all hospitals can provide various medication tests. However, in response to patient support needs, PatientsForce Group also manages various medication pre-testing subsidy projects. PatientsForce coordinates contracts between hospitals and laboratories for specific testing items, assists patients in administrative procedures for testing support applications, effectively helps pharmaceutical companies manage testing units, integrates billing information, provides effectiveness management, ensures compliance requirements and patient data protection, thereby ensuring that patients can embark on their treatment journey and continue to assess the efficacy of medication therapy.

In this type of testing subsidy project, PatientsForce has signed contracts with over 40 medical centers or regional hospitals throughout Taiwan, assisting patients with medication testing needs to complete medication testing support and risk management plans, and providing digital system management to deliver customer program benefits and effective data management.
